Integrity is the act of behaving honourably, even when no one is watching. People with integrity follow moral and ethical principles in all aspects of life. Integrity should extend to professional areas at work such as decision-making, interacting with colleagues and serving customers or clients. What are the ethical issues involving fairness and honesty? Fairness and honesty in business are important ethical concerns. Businesspeople must obey all laws and regulations as well as refrain from knowingly deceiving, misrepresenting, or intimidating others. Examples of ethical behaviours in the workplace includes; obeying the company's rules, effective communication, taking responsibility, accountability, professionalism, trust and mutual respect for your colleagues at work. These examples of ethical behaviours ensure maximum productivity output at work.
