What are the 7 principles of QMS? The seven principles of quality management are: Engagement of people. Customer focus. Leadership. Process approach. Improvement. Evidence-based decision making. Relationship management. What is the difference between quality management and quality management system? QMS documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities to achieve quality policies/objectives. For Mgmt-Ctrl, QMS includes quality operations and QSM.
